Terms & Conditions
- Full payment is due immediately upon presentation of invoice.
- Booking will only be confirmed once full payment is received.
- Proof of confirmation and all documents and vouchers pertaining to the booking will be received by the client via e-mail.
- Should you wish to cancel for whatever reason, no refund will be considered whatsoever.
- A breakage deposit may be required. Guests are responsible for leaving the property as they found it in a tidy and orderly fashion and are liable for breakages and damage caused.
- Property owners are responsible for proper maintenance of each property and Bay Bookings accepts no liability for injuries or accidents whilst in residence.
- Check in is 14.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
- Clients must take out adequate travel insurance and provide proof of insurance on request.
- For client protection all booking money is paid into a Bay Bookings Trust account.
