Terms & Conditions

  1. Full payment is due immediately upon presentation of invoice.
  2. Booking will only be confirmed once full payment is received.
  3. Proof of confirmation and all documents and vouchers pertaining to the booking will be received by the client via e-mail.
  4. Should you wish to cancel for whatever reason, no refund will be considered whatsoever.
  5. A breakage deposit may be required.  Guests are responsible for leaving the property as they found it in a tidy and orderly fashion and are liable for breakages and damage caused.
  6. Property owners are responsible for proper maintenance of each property and Bay Bookings accepts no liability for injuries or accidents whilst in residence.
  7. Check in is 14.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure.
  8. Clients must take out adequate travel insurance and provide proof of insurance on request.
  9. For client protection all booking money is paid into a Bay Bookings Trust account.
